Energy on a Vertical Toss
Energy on a Vertical Toss
You will be presented with an object being thrown straight up in the air. You should use your ideas of energy conservation to determine the maximum height (above the starting height) reached by the object. Pay careful attention to the energy graphs during the flight of the ball.

Use the ideas of energy conservation to find the total energy of the system and the height that the ball will reach based on the conditions that are presented to you below.
Not Real Time. The simulation has been slowed down by 10x to allow you to easily track your object as the energy changes form.
