Classic Circular Force With Prediction Lab
Classic Circular Force With Prediction Lab
This lab will let you model the relationship between the number of equal mass washers and the speed needed to keep the object in circular motion. You will be able to change the force holding the object in a circle by clicking on the washers (each washer has the same mass). The radius of the circle and the mass of the stopper will be randomly generated and you will not be able to change them during the course of this lab.

Find the velocity of the object by timing at least 10 revolutions. When you are ready to start the experiment, click on the begin button.
